RUBBER BAND JOINERIES

A simple way to create glue-free joineries using rubber bands.
Picture

I used rubber bands to make hinges for the box - connecting the top lid of the box with the rest of its pieces.

The rubber band also holds the pieces at the bottom quite firmly.

The notches (in blue above) are what hold the rubber bands.
Thus, while designing the joinery, additional notches need to be added in the main design.
